I write this on the eve of the UBRFC trip to Argentina where the men's squad will head to Buenos Aries for a 10 day tour which will include city tours, kayaking, exploring the countryside, horse riding, salsa dancing and plenty of Asado eating. There will also be two highlights on the trip with the squad heading to La Plata to watch England take on the Los Pumas in the opening test of the summer tour. The tour will also end with two fixtures for the UBRFC Maroons as they play games against Club Liceo Militar and Club Los Cedros Rugby on the 12th of July.
The 33 strong tour accompanied by Head of Rugby Olly Slym, Head Coach Dan Gaywood and coach Neil Pitman will head off in the early hours on the 4th of July from Heathrow Airport.
